How is reseller pricing set?
Reseller rates depend on your expected monthly traffic and how long you commit to it. The larger the volume and the longer the term, the better the rate. Tell us both and we will send your terms.
Can I start before signing a commitment?
Yes. Any Residential Proxies plan includes sub-accounts and the usage API, so you can build your integration on a regular plan today and move to reseller terms as your volume grows.
How do sub-accounts work?
Add -subaccount-NAME right after your username, for example customer-USER-subaccount-client_a. The sub-account appears in your dashboard and in the API a few minutes after its first request, with its own traffic history. Names are up to 16 letters, digits or underscores.
Do sub-accounts limit how much my customers can use?
No. Sub-accounts share your plan and track traffic per customer. Limits, pricing and billing for your customers stay on your platform, using the traffic figures from our API.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your expected monthly volume, commitment term and use cases, plus a short business verification. Your customers use the network under our acceptable use policy, the same as every Shifter customer.
