After you purchase a plan, the plan page opens a location picker. Search by country, state, city, ISP name or ASN, and split your IPs across as many city + ISP pairs as you like. You can place them in several saves. See Placing your IPs.

How it works

Every IP you place gets its own username. All usernames on a plan share one password, and every proxy connects through the same host and port: isp.shifter.io:443, over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5. Point any client at the host and authenticate with the username of the IP you want to use.
