Legacy ISP plans (pinned IPs)

Legacy ISP plans give you a fixed list of IPs, each on port 1337, placed by country only. Use this API to list those IPs and manage the source-IP whitelist.

Authentication

Section titled “Authentication”

All endpoints authenticate with an api_token query parameter. Generate a token in the panel under Account → API Tokens.

The {membership} path parameter accepts either form: the plan’s numeric ID (the number shown on the plan page in the panel) or its API ID (the short code at the end of the plan’s panel URL, for example https://shifter.io/panel/membership/DeeJ). Both resolve to the same plan.

List proxies

GET https://shifter.io/api/v1/static-residential/{membership}/proxies

Returns every IP in your legacy plan, each as ip:port. The same port (1337) and the same username/password apply across the whole pool, so only the IP changes. The credentials are not part of this response; they are in the panel.

Each entry is ip:port. The port (1337) and the username/password are the same for every IP in the pool, only the IP changes; the credentials are on the plan page in the panel under My Plans. On a legacy plan, the countries your IPs sit in were chosen once at purchase and stay fixed afterward.

Authorized source IPs

Whitelist source IPs so your scrapers can skip HTTP Basic auth on each request. Whitelisting applies to the whole legacy plan: any whitelisted source can use any IP in it. Current ISP Proxies plans do not support IP whitelisting; they authenticate with a username and password only.

Update authorized IPs

PUT https://shifter.io/api/v1/static-residential/{membership}/authorized-ips

Replaces the list of authorized IPs with the values provided.
